The Echod Graphics Guarantee of Satisfaction
With the quality of our state-of-the-art presses, lightning-fast turnaround, low prices and helpful customer service, it's no wonder Echod Graphics has so many satisfied customers.
Echod Graphics stands behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your banner printing, or if the product is damaged and / or contains manufacturing defects when you receive your order, please contact customer support at customerservice@echodgraphics.com or call 718-643-1454, please have your order number ready, and the full name and billing information. Damaged banners must be returned within 7 business days of receiving the banners for a reprint.
All our vinyl banners, vinyl flex, vinyl mesh, step and repeat banners, backlit banners, are guaranteed for two (2) years against fading in excess of 15%. Vinyl Banners with UV clear coat (which must be requested at the time of the order and which has an additional cost of $0.35 per square foot) are guaranteed for three (3) years against fading in excess of 15%.
Indeed, Echod Graphics takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors on the artwork.
Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
Please preview your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to approving your artwork to print.
