GENERAL


  • Your price is significantly lower than other places, how is this possible?

  • Do you use lower grade material? - No, we just minimize our expense, and exercise bulk purchasing power to set our cost low, and with more than 25 grand format printing presses and the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques, we have dramatically reduced the cost of digital production, and we pass these savings along to our customers.

  • When is the price only $0.99 per sq ft.?

  • If your banner is over 200 square feet, then the price is only $0.99 per sq. ft., A few smaller banners do not accumulate as one big banner to qualify as over 200 Sq ft. however even on a smaller size banner we still offer significantly lower prices than other places.

  • How much do the banners cost?

  • The exact prices of all sizes are listed on each page, by selecting the "Banner Size" and entering your zip code you will see the exact price and the estimated delivery date. The banner cost is based upon the number of square feet, the higher the square footage the lower the price is per square foot.

  • What is your turn around time?

  • We print in 3-5 business days. (i.e. if you place your order on a Tuesday before 12:00 PM EST it will ship on the following Monday). WE NOW OFFER 4 HOUR RUSH PRINTING TURNAROUND TIME FOR A MINIMAL RUSH FEE.

  • Do you print custom banner sizes other than the ones listed on your website?

  • We print any custom size, you can enter the exact size by each item to get an exact price.

  • What is the biggest size of banners you offer?

  • In one word - Unlimited. We use VUTEK GS5000 UV printer machines, a five-meter printer with the ultimate combination of highest print speed and best print quality. We also own a number of VUTEk 3360 printers utilized in our transit production facility as well as a number of other presses. In fact, we have over 25 presses in use throughout our factory.

  • What materials can you print on?

  • or Banners we use bright white 13 oz. scrim vinyl. The other materials we use include: Vinyl Mesh, Vinyl Flex, Backlit Vinyl, Fabric, Canvas, Paper, Card Stock, Rigid Sign Boards and on many more materials. For material other than wahts listed on the website, email us for a quote.

  • Can you print on seamless vinyl?

  • Absolutely. We print up to 16 ft. x 150 ft. on seamless material. Make sure to specify your desire for seamless material at the time of your next order. There is an additional charge of $.35 per sq ft. for seamless material.

  • What is your standard print resolution?

  • We offer print resolution of 1000 DPI using 3M UV inks. We also over solvent printing a resolution of 360 dpi. As such, all of our banners and billboard flex have sharp, crisp, and consistent images.

  • Is there a difrence in price for printing 1 color or full color?

  • No, we charge the same low price for 1 to full color banners, photos, logos, any type of art.

  • In addition to banners, what other products do you offer?

  • We do offer the following products. Exhibition and event Banners, Flexface Billboards, Building Coverings, Backlit Indoor and outdoor signage, for more information all products that we currently offer, please browse the website for the listed products.   • Do you offer double sided printing on the banners?

  • Yes, please select the double sided printing option by each item.

  • What are hems?

  • 1" Hems are heat welded around the edges of the banner for a longer life span at no additional charge.

  • What are grommets?

  • Grommets are alluminum rings that are placed around the banner for hanging with hooks or rope or on a wall by using screws and washers. Grommets are usually placed every 2 feet, for an additonal charge of $1.50 per grommet.

  • What are pole pockets?

  • Pole pockets are looped pockets, either on the top and bottom or side to side of the banner for insertion of a pole for hanging.

ORDER / UPLOAD


  • How do I place an order?

  • Orders are processed online using credit cards. Simply select the product category from the top, select the material that works best for your application, select the size of your choice, fill out all the finishing options, i.e. hems, pockets, number of grommets, enter your artwork file name, choose your proofing options, select your shipping method and add it to your shopping cart.

  • How do I submit my artwork to print?

  • A: You can upload your artwork on the last page after the order is placed.

  • B: You can return to your account and look up your order and upload the artwork at a later time.

  • C: You can wait for your order confirmation email and use the link in that email to upload your artwork to our pre-press department.

  • D: You may also reply to that email with your artwork attached to it.

  • How do I change my order before it is printed?

  • Please contact us via email or phone with the changes you would like to make ASAP. Include your name and a phone number where you can easily be reached, and your order number. Once your order goes into printing process we cannot change or cancel the order.

  • How do I submit a special order request?

  • If you have an inquiry about a special order, that you do not see on our website please feel free to contact our offices. (718) 643-1454.

  • How do I know that you received my order?
    Once you have submitted your online order, an email order confirmation containing your final order total, will be emailed to you.

  • What if I didn't receive my order confirmation?
    If you haven't received your order confirmation email, please check your junk email folder or spam filter. If you still don't find it there, be sure to email us immediately at info@echodgraphics.com.

  • How do I obtain a receipt or Invoice for my past orders?

  • You can log in my account and look up your order. A Invoice is available to download for each order. You can also select the option to have the invoice emailed to you.

  • Can I pick up my order?

  • Yes, please select the pickup date option by each item when placing your order.

ARTWORK, FILES, ETC


  • Is there extra charge to create the artwork?

  • Depends on the artwork type, there would be a charge of $10-$40, e-mail your artwork information for a special quote.

  • How do I know if my file is good enough for printing?

  • Mainly you should check with the person who designed it. If the file has not been created yet, you should inform the person designing it about the specifications for printing. Files should be created at 1/4 or 25% scale with as much resolution as you can provide. We realize that due to upload constraints you may want to downsample your file, however, please do not downsample to a resolution lower than 300 dpi. When building files please use US Web Coated (SWOP v2) color profile for your color builds. If assigning PMS builds please use the Pantone Solid to Process library of colors as all jobs will be printed in 4-color process CMYK. It is not necessary to provide bleed on your artwork. We will add bleed as needed to your files.

  • What's the largest file size I can email you?

  • We can accept files up to 15 MB as an attachment to an e-mail. In case of larger files, please use the upload link for larger files up tp 2 GB on the Art Upload Page. Please contact us 718-643-1454 if you need more information how to complete the upload

PROOFS AND SAMPLES


  • Do you offer proofs and/or samples?

  • Absolutely. We would not expect you to pay if you don't know what you are getting. We will provide the highest quality output with the closest possible representation of your output. We offer FREE email proofs. Or if you have the time and require a match print proof on the actual material, we will send you a color sample for $35.00 before printing your banner.

  • Will the printed product look exactly like the design proof displayed on my monitor?

  • Due to the different monitor calibrations, some printed colors may not match the colors displayed on the monitor. There may be a slight change.

  • Please Note: Turnaround time does not start until proof(s) are approved.

INSTALLATION AND FINISHING 


  • How do I install the banners?

  • Banners with grommets: You can either mount your banner directly to a wall using screws and washers. Against a chain link fence, fasten through the grommets with nylon ties or wire. Also you can run a rope (or a bungee cord) through the grommets and attach your banner to two poles.

  • Banners with pole pockets: you can insert a rod or a pipe thorough the pockets, and hook up straps to the rod/pipe.

REFUND POLICY / RETURNS / GUARANTEE 


  • What is your product Guarantee?

  • All our products are guaranteed for two (2) years against fading in excess of 15%. Vinyls with UV print (which must be requested at the time of the order and which has an additional cost of $0.35 per square foot) are guaranteed for three (3) years against fading in excess of 15%.

  • Please note: Since all orders are custom printed, therefore once your banner goes into printing process we cannot cancel or change the order.

  • My product contains a defect or is damaged, what can be done?

  • If the product is damaged and / or contains manufacturing defects when you receive your order, please contact customer support at info@echodgraphics.com, or call 718-643-1454, please have your order number ready, and the full name and billing information. Damaged banners must be returned within 7 business days of receiving the banners for a reprint.

  • Whats your return policy?

  • Since all orders are produced and and custom printed for you directly, therefore once your job is printed it cannot be returned.

WARRANTY AND LIMITED LIABILITY


  • The following is made in lieu of all other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or implied warranty arising out of a course of dealing, custom or usage of trade:

  • All Echod Graphics products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and manufacture at the time of shipment and to meet the specifications stated in this Product Bulletin. Echod Graphics will replace or refund the price of any Echod Graphics product that does not meet this warranty within the specified time periods. These remedies are exclusive. In no case shall Echod Graphics be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including any labor or non-Echod Graphics materials charges.

  • We offer FREE ground shipping (1-5 business days after your banner is printed) for banner orders over $150 to 48 U.S. States, no matter how many banners you purchase.

  • Please select one of our available delivery dates listed on the right column after filing out the print size of your material.

  • What if I need my order delivered faster than 5-7 business days?

  • We also offer RUSH, PRIORTY, EXPRESS, STANDARD, ECONOMY GROUND delivery methods.

DURABILITY & SAFE KEEPING


  • Are these banners for Indoor or Outdoor use?

  • Our banners are widely used throughout the U.S. for billboards, and wallscapes, as well as for P.O.P. or trade shows, backdrops, so they can be used for both, indoor & outdoor use.

  • How long will the banners last?

  • All our vinyl banners, vinyl flex, vinyl mesh, step and repeat banners, backlit banners, are guaranteed for two (2) years against fading in excess of 15%. Vinyl Banners with UV printng (which must be requested at the time of the order and which has an additional cost of $0.35 per square foot) are guaranteed for three (5) years against fading in excess of 15%.

  • We use 13 ounce, heavy duty three-ply material with PVC on the outside layers and an 1000 denier polyester scrim in the back for strength. Semi-gloss finish. Anti-mildew, anti-UV, and flame retardant. Meets NFPA-701 (National Fire Protection Association, the governing national body) guidelines for flame resistance. Designed to withstand temperatures as low as minus 55 degrees Fahrenheit.

BANNER STORAGE INFORMATION


  • How should I store my banner so it lasts longer?
    All banners should be rolled, or folded image area to back side of banner area. Please DO NOT fold ink to ink as it may result the ink to stick while being exposed to heat and may damage the banner. Store banner in a dry cool place. Do not store in a hot place, do not store directly exposed to the sun.
